The entire content of EmcTest's Intranet, Internet or Extranet pages, such as information, specifications, diagrams, images, logos, forms, models, samples, flowcharts, computer programs, texts, drawings, pictures, graphs, projects, methodologies, business vision, operation format, services to be provided, information on planned or accomplished solutions to customers, and other techniques, financial or commercial, as well as the form of presentation of the solutions and communication approach including all the documents related to the Business, as well as any other information disclosed, by its representatives or people hired for the execution of the Business, belong to EmcTest Technologies or to third parties that have legally provided rights of use.
